*** Yoga Classes ***
Small classes provide individual attention and guidance. Classes provide the opportunity for all levels, from beginner to advanced to explore yoga postures, breath work and meditation. Instruction and modifications are provided to allow each person to create a practice that make him/her comfortable.
Gentle Yoga Monday & Thursday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga classes consist of stretches to warm-up the body, postures to build strength, balance and flexibility, deep breathing to promote stress reduction, and finally deep relaxation to bring calmness and balance. This class is appropriate for any fitness level and is great for beginners and abilities of all levels.
Mixed Level Hatha Yoga Monday & Thursday 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Mixed level classes provide for those who are familiar with the basic yoga postures, the incorporation of posture flows, integration of the breath into movement, and a raised awareness of being in the moment.
